Talent Acquisition Director

Position Summary

  • Responsible for talent acquisition operations, programs and strategy in pursuit of ensuring optimal results across the enterprise.

  • This includes entry-level, professional and executive-level recruiting, internship programs, candidate assessment testing, background verification, I-9 process and immigration.

  • Develops internal and external networks to ensure talent pipeline development.

  • Works closely with all areas of Human Resources (HR) and Legal to ensure the company remains compliant with contract, government and labor laws and regulations.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree.

Required Work Experience

  • Ten years of human resources job-related experience.

  • Five years of management experience, OR

  • Equivalent military supervisory experience in grade E4 or above (can be concurrent).


  • Large employer HR experience with federal contractor knowledge.
