An incredible opportunity to join a growing and emerging company in Columbia, SC as their Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will work very closely with the core management and executive team. The HR Generalist will have the responsibility and oversight for a variety of functions, including: recruiting, project management, benefits administration, employee relations, and employment law. This is both a hands on and a strategic position that is best suited for someone with experience in HR functions and a desire to promote and implement new ideas. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Human Resources/Business) and 5+ years of progressive and relevant human resources experience. A history of strong recruiting and progressive experience in all HR functions is critical.
