The Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is an intensive program for people who have a passion for technology, a drive for technical excellence, and share in BHGE's culture pillars. The program is designed to accelerate participants' professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments. Edison graduates have the technical and business foundation to proactively and continually make innovative contributions to BHGE's future.
EEDP is a 2-year entry-level program consisting of three or more rotational assignments. Rotational assignments are engineering projects driven by real BHGE business priorities. The program cultivates technical problem-solving skills via advanced engineering coursework, formal reports and presentations to senior leadership, in addition to valuable work experience.

Individuals joining the program in the US will rotate among the BHGE domestic business locations. Examples of those locations include Houston, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Longmont, CO, Billerica, MA, Jacksonville, FL, and several others. The applicant must be location flexible and willing to relocate multiple times while on program as part of the program requirements and business needs.
In addition to fluency in English (assessment of your English proficiency may be part of the selection process) and the legal right to work in the country in which you have applied without company sponsorship or time restriction, you will need:
BS or MS degree in engineering in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science from an ABET accredited university, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale overall. Desired Characteristics:
