• Lead initiatives to define, design, and implement Automation solutions: Roadmap, reference architectures, tools recommendations, practices, and processes.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Process Automation architectures with solid technical expertise and superb troubleshooting skills across the full spectrum of RPA and ITPA technologies.

• Deep expertise in software development, software testing methodologies, release management and operations processes and standards.

• Demonstrated project management experience in Agile (Scrum), project planning, execution, risk management, and resource management.

• Application and infrastructure experience in cloud environments: AWS, AZURE, etc.

• Experience with UIPath and or Automic.

• Working knowledge of configuration Management and IT Service Management.

Resource will be a individual contributor, with the key responsibility of setting up technical leadership for an enterprise platform that will support automation across the RPA and ITPA space.

The role will collaborate with other peer architects, organizational leadership team and remote teams. He needs to be a clear communicator, able to translate business challenges into technical solutions in the automation space. The role also needs to be able to communicate the value of automation as it permeates throughout all stages in the SDLC and Service / Operations Management areas.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong executive presence and ability to interact at all levels including CxO level; be able to lead deep-dive technical discussions around design.

Troubleshooting expertise is a must.
