GGP has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant at Columbiana Centre in Columbia, SC.

Core Functions and/or Organization Functions:

  • Assistant to Business development: License Maker, insurance, sales reporting, correspondence with tenant, file maintenance.

  • Assist in collection and monitoring of time cards • Assist in faxing, copying, filing work, as needed

  • Assist with creating spreadsheets and other projects when required

  • Collect and revise travel schedule as needed

  • Collect and track mall File Reviews

  • Collect deal logs

  • Communicate tactfully skillfully, and persuasively with retailers, regional and corporate employees of all levels

  • For all regional/national deals: collect all space requests and track correspondence for own respective region

  • Handle office supply orders

  • Incoming calls should be screened according to each individual team member you are supporting

  • Mail License Agreements along with additional information

  • Make appropriately approved changes to License Agreement documents

  • Responsible for Business Development lease preparation, accounts receivable, collections, set-ups and record keeping

  • Track and follow-up on all sent License Agreements

  • Track requests for license agreements

  • Understand, support and assist your team with all business group programs and initiatives

  • Update assigned Business handbook sections on regular basis.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications include the following:

  • High School Diploma

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as email

  • Highly organized and project oriented

  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
